The men understood they had a need, and that need was a sick man who couldn't move his body. They had to do everything they could to bring their need to Jesus' attention. They were convinced that if the sick was brought before Jesus, he would be healed. When you trust God for one thing, he exceeds your expectations. Precisely what happened to this sick man.
