WORD OF GRACE-The weight of every curse upon him.

Matt27:45,50, Gal3:13, Rom8:1.

My God why have you forsaken me. It seemed illigal for the only begotten son to address God as his father as he would normally do.

The heavens looked away as he gave the last breath. The spirit of God deserted him. He lost the spirit of sonship. A son full of  sorrow unto his. death. A total denial all for our sake.

Brethren, every judgement and punishment meant for us as a result of disobedience, Jesus absorbed them all. The weight of every curse came upon him, unto the grave to wage war on death. There was a war in the grave and the aftermath thereof is our present situation; There's now no condemnation for us who are in Christ. Hallelujah!

WORD OF GRACE-It is Good Friday!

Heb 12:2, Ps85:10, 1Cor15:3, 19:30.

This day remains divinely  good for us because it is the day that God's fury, indignation, wrath, punishment, death, curse, together with all kinds of judgement which was the result of sin, unleashed on Jesus and he absorbed all in his body. The good day even became too good when he declared it-is-finished! Hallelujah!

This is so good because what Jesus became is a revelation of how bad our state could be. On that day we saw great suffering and God's forgiveness. The unattainable demand of God's righteousness met with his mercy. Hallelujah!

Brethren, God crushed his own arm because of you and I even when we were yet sinners. This is the day of hope of the love of God for humanity. And the reason we should draw near to him. Shalom.

WORD OF GRACE-The agony of the Garden of Gethsemane

Matthew26:36-46, 27:53.

By this time the crucifixion of Christ was eminent as the son of man was about to be delivered into the hands of the sinners.

Jesus could have resisted his arrest because he had at his disposal more than twelve legions of angels which one legion out of the lots could even over power all the billions of people in the world today but there was a joy set before him and that joy was you and I. Hallelujah.

Brethren, the eve of the good Friday which is Thursday night was a critical discision night for Jesus. And he choose to love us by taking the dicision which is the reason why he came. Thank you  Lord for paying the debt we couldn't pay. Let us all in turn declare our alligience to follow Jesus Shalom.

WORD OF GRACE-The Lord is restoring us

Psalm 126

When the Lord restored the wellbeing of Zion, it was like a dream to them. There they burst into laughter and their tongues were filled with songs of joy. Even it was heard and made mentioned among other nations about these awesome deeds by God in their lives. Hallelujah.

Before we became desolate we were joyful and cheerful. Long before it became unlawful to fellowship, we enjoyed freedom of fellowship. Before we were made to go into self isolation, quarantine and distancing from the brethren, we were fine moving around with no fear of contamination of any kind. This is our present condition, we are in captivity.

But for his mercy and total grace, our groaning, and prayers have reached God, as we cry out restore us oh Lord like the streams in the Negev. Brethren, because of Christ, very soon this situation will loose its hold on us, even as we focus on his salvation which is the result of his crucifixion and resurrection. Hallelujah.

WORD OF GRACE-Hossana to the King, healing for the sons of men

Psalm 20:9, 148:1-14,  Luke 2:14, 19:38

Hosanna in the highest; is a heavenly invitation to holy angels to join with the sons of men in praising King Jesus. What a privilege!

But how can we hail the Messiah in this crucial moment? Yes we should because when we praise him we praise our way out unto healing and victory for that matter. So wherever you are, no matter the situation praise hail him and you shall be healed.

Grace is making the triumphant entry into our lives. This entry is a gracious one prepared by the holy One for his Own and to heal his people. Hallelujah! Hossana in the highest.

WORD OF GRACE-He surrounds us with unfailing love

Psalm 32:10

We all going through same problem as our world seems crushing. Believers are not left alone in this perilous time. We maybe going  through same adversities, but the bible makes us to understand that there's a huge love that surrounds us even in the midst of the adversities.

Yes evil may be on the rise but one can also attest to the fact that there are many good people out there. And God is after these people, especially we who live by faith in Christ. The bible says his unfailing love surrounds us.

Brethren, I'm convinced about the love of God that even in these abnormal times he will surround us with his extravagant love, dissolving the sting of any virus to bring us back be side the still waters. Shalom.

WORD OF GRACE-Mount Zion, there's grace for life

Rom7:7, Gen3:4, 2Cor3:6, Gal3:29, Ex32:28, Acts2:41.

The law was given to reveal how feeble we are after man got exposed to the knowledge of good and evil. Man became a dead person because there was no way he could fullfil the requirements of the law by himself to be right with God.

That's why on mount Sinai we realized that 3000 people perished after the law was given. But on Mount Zion, at the given of the spirit which is the grace of God, 3000 souls got saved. This points to the truth that grace will always give life but the letter kills.

Brethren, Where do you stand? Mount Zion or Mount Sinai? Remember if you're Abraham seed then you're Christ's, and for that reason you stand on Mount Zion, where the  grace of God flows profusely to give us eternal life. Shalom.
